ZenLink is designed with privacy at its core. Your memories and AI conversation data are end-to-end encrypted using keys that only you control. We mathematically cannot access your encrypted content.
Account Information: Email address and display name (from your SSO provider) for authentication purposes.
Device Information: Device name, operating system, and connection status for multi-device synchronisation.
Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the Service. This does not include the content of your memories.

Your encrypted data is stored on secure servers in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access. However, your encryption keys never leave your devices.
We use third-party authentication providers (Microsoft, Google) for sign-in. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
